My husband and I are being made homeless due to neighbours lying about myself screaming every morning at 6am. After letting them know that this is a lie and that my husband works full time and I’m recovering in bed due to being harassed by our neighbours and bullied, they still don’t care or listen. I suffer from autism, PTSD and OCD as well as depression, overdosing the other weekend and almost dying yet they still are saying they want us to move even though this has pushed me further over the edge. Our doctors registered our dog as a therapy animal and we still had to get rid of him even though he was well behaved. When offered to come and meet him and see the flats condition no one wanted to. And just said no giving us no good reason, which broke tenancy policy. My whole family are in America and being 22 years of age with mental health and trying to get by I have no where to go now. Absolutely heartbroken to say the least. There’s been no respect in this building/ block of flats. Anyone has access and comes and goes (residents that don’t even live here) causing damage to the property and smoking weed yet they are allowed to stay? Fuming.NegativeProfessionalism

Terrible to get hold of anyone to speak to and even more harder to get a call back from anyone

They are not that nice to people who ask over there properties, they don't give you much time to get to palaces if you are not use to the areas you have been asked to go and few and they don't ring you back to find out.

An appointment was made to see a house for sale we drove over 20 miles to see it and the estate agent didn't turn up then when I rang they asked we to wait whilst they drove over to show us around then rang back to say there was a tenant in there and they couldn't get in touch with the tenant and they could not show us around.They even said an appointment wasn't made even though myself and my husband watched the agent put it on the spread sheet on the computer . Very unprofessional don't put your house up for sale with rhyl office if you want to sell it.

Travelled from Manchester for an 11am appointment. Which was confirmed twice in the days leading up to appointment. Waited at property no agent turned up? Rang the office to be told they had no record of appointment made another appointment for 4pm the only time they could do. Arranged to spend the rest of the day in Wales only to be telephoned 20 minutes later to say property has been sold? Pure amateurs and shoddy lying pathetic service AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Maintenance issue have taken an awful long time to sort out and the window not sorted at all. This has included a broken boiler, so no hot water for months and also every double glazed window in the house has blown leading to constant condensation and damp!
