Wouldn’t recommend renting off Peterlarge been in the same house for over 4 years with ongoing damp problems to be told by them it’s condensation but oust for them to come out. The last 8 months they wanted to do 1 wall in the house I told them to get a price for the whole of downstairs. They don’t communicate with you unless you ring them they don’t reply to emails. Fast enough to take your money but don’t keep on top of the property avoid if you can help it .

We are completely upset by the way in which this estate agents has lied to us. As first time buyers we were hoping for a much better service. A few months back we found a property we really liked and enquired as to what they would need from us after making an offer. We were told we would need to prove our deposit and provide evidence of mortgage acceptance. So we contacted our mortgage company who provided us with a letter via email the same day. The next morning we visited the estate agents who said our offer had been rejected. We made the relevant enquiries as to why and how much the current offer was. Only to be told the property offers were in excess of our offer by thousands. We didn't think anymore of it until we drove passed the property today and saw it was back up for sale after having undergone a scheme of renovation. I searched on the Internet to find the property to see if it was in our price range only to discover that the house was sold in March 2017 for the SAME PRICE we offered! Absolutely disgusting to say the least. We feel this was a nasty trick played by the estate agents to earn greater commission from the sale. We certainly won't be using them again even if it means losing our dream home because we would rather honest, decent estate agents were worthy of their commission. We will be raising our concerns with the relevant persons/ bodies accordingly.
