I rented through Breckon & Breckon for two years and spoke with various staff members during my time as a tenant. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful and all queries were quickly dealt with. Laonie in the property management department helped throughout the tenancy and check out and she provided a first class level of servicing going above and beyond what was expected. She was brilliant. We recently moved into a new flat managed by Breckon & Breckon. We were so impressed by their service from the very first phone call. Phoebe and Rachel have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we moved in there was even a welcome hamper full of treats waiting for us, something we've never had with any other estate agent! We had a problem with the shower on the first day, and B&B immediately sent round a plumber (John), who was equally charming and professional and got right on the case. First impressions of B&B couldn't be better, very highly recommended.
