We Viewed Deansfield Park in Ickford. Melissa was a great help, although there is no show homes she was still able to provide a great overview of the development via the 3D model. We also found her knowledge of the market and local area exceptional. We did not buy at this stage but will certainly be in touch when in a position to proceed to see what developments Melissa has at that time. We viewed a few new developments over the weeks and found other agents to not have as much knowledge of the area or provide a reassuring confident service.

Wow! We have moved house now. Patrick at Breckon and Breckon Summertown went above and beyond the call of duty following up with solicitors and making sure that the chain was moving in the right direction and there were no significant hold ups. The team's knowledge of the area and the current market meant that we were able to secure the house we wanted in a highly competitive environment.
