Wow! We have moved house now. Patrick at Breckon and Breckon Summertown went above and beyond the call of duty following up with solicitors and making sure that the chain was moving in the right direction and there were no significant hold ups. The team's knowledge of the area and the current market meant that we were able to secure the house we wanted in a highly competitive environment. To make the sale we needed to find a buyer right away and the team were out the next day, got the brochure signed off and we were on Rightmove and had viewings lined up in no time at all. We recently moved into a new flat managed by Breckon & Breckon. We were so impressed by their service from the very first phone call. Phoebe and Rachel have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we moved in there was even a welcome hamper full of treats waiting for us, something we've never had with any other estate agent! We had a problem with the shower on the first day, and B&B immediately sent round a plumber (John), who was equally charming and professional and got right on the case. First impressions of B&B couldn't be better, very highly recommended.
