A first class service from an excellent team in the Strood office of R M and J ! My late brother John who passed in July was the last owner in our family - from when the house was built in 1934. So a difficult decision had to be made to sell after it being my family home too. Special thanks to Charley Germaney and Jade Gardiner as Sales Progressors for constantly expediting matters with acting solicitors . Icing on the cake is that new buyers plan to keep the house in its ‘1930’ s era - my brother John would have approved ! In conclusion ‘ Simply the Best ‘ from R M and J! Philip Hill Bearsted , Kent
