From start to finish they have been amazing. Bought my first home with them and sold the house using them. I did not wish to consider anyone else. Very lovely to have Harry come and tell us why we should sell with them. In my head, I knew I wanted them to sell our property. House was sold after 1st round of viewings. Few hiccups along the way. Special thanks to Callum who got us viewings to other properties and for his patience. Just want to say what a credit both Tammy and Michelle are to the team. Keeping us updated on what was going on. So far the service and experience with RM&J has been excellent. They open on a Sunday and have late evening viewings which is not something you will find with all estate agents. Nothing is too much trouble.I had an evening viewing and I never felt rushed and could have a proper look at the property. The team always answer the phone and somebody is always there to help even if the individual you are dealing with is on a day off. I look forward to completing my purchase with them. Michelle at the Strood branch is incredible. Integrity, and sincerity are what she delivers in abundance. Excellent service from Tammy Dixon, Gravesend and Reece Cox, Strood branch. We were kept informed all the way through the process and they were there to answer all our queries. The rest of the staff were helpful but Tammy and Reece stood out. We did not make things easy for them as we live abroad and was selling our UK home but they took this all in their stride. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to potential buyers/sellers.

I would recommend Robinson & Jackson Strood team 100% as first time buyer it’s very stressful to deal with everything… to be honest at some point I was cooperating with couple different estates agencies but some of them they were too much pushing some of them like didn’t care about customer and when agency failed I called Robinson Strood and over the phone I heard Nancy voice very welcoming and happy to help . They say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences but this just wasn't the case on this occasion. My husband and I recently decided to sell a home and a family friend suggested we use Robinson Michael & Jackson.
