We have recently sold our property and purchased a property with Robinson Jackson. We did have some problems with our buyers which was a stressful. Throughout our selling and buying we were assigned two Robinson Jackson agents one for selling and one for buying from the Strood branch Michelle and Shane from the Gillingham/Rainham I cannot thank these two agents enough they were brilliant especially Michelle who was fantastic her motivation her driven attitude her customer service was second to none Robinson Jackson are very lucky to have her. Robinson Jackson are a great Estate agent with friendly and professional staff and i would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t fault Robinson Michael & Jackson Strood branch for their efforts and service in selling our home and securing the purchase of our new home. The staff were friendly and proactive and kept you updated with progress throughout. We originally went with an online estate agent and after 6 months and only 2 viewings, we made the decision to engage RMJ. After the first week, we had several viewings lined up and probably a dozen within the first 3 weeks. We had 3 offers on the table and after our initial buyer pulled out, RMJ found additional viewers and again secured another 2 offers with a sale within another 2 weeks. The offers were from quality buyers and for a good price too. RMJ have been great throughout and very professional. We would highly recommend RMJ and would use them again in the future. Robinson Michael and Jackson have been extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout my parents move! Given they are extreme novices to moving and had a very eventful process due to chain problems, RMJ ensured they were keeping us all up to date and at ease every single day! Michelle in particular I felt went above and beyond her daily duty to help the sale of my parents house and purchase of their dream home! The entire team were great but especially Michelle their sales progressor.. Unfortunately our first house purchase was a lengthy one (through no fault of RMJ). Michelle was patient, calmed me down and reassured me throughout, even though I was probably her most demanding customer who worried about everything. She went over and above her role to chase the seller and other third parties and I felt she was genuinely happy for us when it was all complete (although probably happy to get rid of me lol) Have already recommended them to others looking to buy/sell and if we ever move we will definitely use them. I feel that we were given a 5* service by the team. This was our first move in 26 years and they guided us through the process with understanding and patience. We had quite a frustrating experience with the process but it was dealt with accordingly. The price was higher than some web based Estate agents but this was worth the extra cost. In the end Michelle was actually updating the person that we were buying from due to them not getting any information from his web based estate agent. I've been a tenant through Robinson Jackson for the past two years and a renter for 6 years before that through other agents. The property management team at R&J is one of the best I've dealt with. They're a pleasure to talk to, very responsive, courteous, fair and communicative and deal with any repairs swiftly where appropriate, keeping me in the loop at all times. Even their contractors are nice guys! Highly recommended.
