Excellent service from Tammy Dixon, Gravesend and Reece Cox, Strood branch. We were kept informed all the way through the process and they were there to answer all our queries. The rest of the staff were helpful but Tammy and Reece stood out. We did not make things easy for them as we live abroad and was selling our UK home but they took this all in their stride. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to potential buyers/sellers.

I would recommend Robinson & Jackson Strood team 100% as first time buyer it’s very stressful to deal with everything… to be honest at some point I was cooperating with couple different estates agencies but some of them they were too much pushing some of them like didn’t care about customer and when agency failed I called Robinson Strood and over the phone I heard Nancy voice very welcoming and happy to help . That team is the best helped me find my happy place in Strood for which I’m very very grateful. I mean like whole team reply on every email ,phone call . They’re very helpful, supportive . Michelle from the sales progression team in the strood branch was absolutely brilliant. She was acting on behalf of the vendor in my chain, but was easily the most well informed amongst all parties in the chain - above our own estate agents! They say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences but this just wasn't the case on this occasion. My husband and I recently decided to sell a home and a family friend suggested we use Robinson Michael & Jackson. Had such fabulous service with RMJ Strood branch through selling my property. I have been guided through the process thoroughly and professionally. All of the staff have made me feel at ease and answered all and any questions that I’ve had without making me feel silly or awkward and have been on hand at all times I’ve needed them. The whole team at Strood are very friendly and professional. They helped us all the way through the buying process and as first time buyers we had lots of questions which they were always happy to answer. Very helpful when we were looking for properties as well, got phone calls as soon as a property went on the market that they thought we would be interested in. We also got recommendations for a mortgage advisor and solicitor and after looking around we decided to used both recommendations. Thanks to the whole team for helping us buy our first property.

One of the best estate agents I've used. Offered a competitive fee and after being on the market for months with a previous estate agents, RMJ had my house sold within weeks at a good price for the market. From then on Michelle took over and gave a stellar service guiding us through the selling process and even kept up with our purchase too. We were well informed throughout and as a very anxious person, it helped knowing that at least someone was on top of everything! Can't recommend RMJ enough.
