Tayla was very helpful when I arrived at the property. She was very detailed and took me around each room providing enough details which meant a majority of any questions regarding the property I would have had were all answered. I would definitely recommend her at every viewing.

Michael Robinson and Jackson, Strood have recently sold a vacant property for me. I live two hundred miles away. Right from the start Nancey was far more professional and knowledgeable than the other two agents that valued it. Unfortunately the first sale fell through. They held an open day a few days later which resulted in three offers. I never had to do any chasing. Jade, was always so helpful and kept me up to date, as did Charley, Lee, Freya and Jack. I was very impressed with the whole team, not forgetting Reece the manager. I was an estate agent for 25 years and so know how difficult it can be at times. Hats off to all the team there.
