I would like to thank all the staff at Robinson Michael & Jackson strood branch for all their help and support in the house sale, from the first visit of valuation to completion. When ever i had a problem they always had time to listen and came up with solutions to help whether it was a call to branch or me visiting them. Every member of staff from sales negotiator to manager worked in unison and i thank them all.

From start to finish they have been amazing. Bought my first home with them and sold the house using them. I did not wish to consider anyone else. Very lovely to have Harry come and tell us why we should sell with them. In my head, I knew I wanted them to sell our property. House was sold after 1st round of viewings. Few hiccups along the way. Special thanks to Callum who got us viewings to other properties and for his patience. Just want to say what a credit both Tammy and Michelle are to the team. Keeping us updated on what was going on. We have got there in the end. At last when we had doubts that the chain may break from the top. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to help you buy or sell properties.

So far the service and experience with RM&J has been excellent. They open on a Sunday and have late evening viewings which is not something you will find with all estate agents. Nothing is too much trouble.I had an evening viewing and I never felt rushed and could have a proper look at the property. The team always answer the phone and somebody is always there to help even if the individual you are dealing with is on a day off. I look forward to completing my purchase with them. Michelle at the Strood branch is incredible. Integrity, and sincerity are what she delivers in abundance. Michelle has the key skill of listening and absorbing information and is really empathetic when the situation becomes challenging. She is quite simply an asset to the company as she gets results. This review is for Michelle at the Strood branch. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She always answers the phone, and if she says she is doing something, it gets done! We had buyers pull out, we lost a property and then bought another house! Michelle kept me grounded throughout and listened to me, advised us, and followed up with solicitors. She was amazing!
