Reece and Freya from the Strood branch have been phenomenal. Excellent communication, very honest and open in property recommendations and genuinely caring about our needs and circumstances. Excellent customer service. Freya even dragged herself out despite feeling ill to show us properties. Thank you!

After what was a very stressful and unnecessarily drawn out process (not due to RMJ) came towards the end, it was Jade at RMJ that pulled all the strings together and finally got it across the line for us. Her continued support, chasing for updates, constant determination to get us into our new home, check ins with us throughout and just everything she did was 5* and above.

The whole team at RMJ Strood have been absolutely fantastic. From the day we were shown our first home together, there has been nothing but amazing service, communication, and a great team. We dealt with Charley and Jade specifically and the amount of phone calls I made, nothing was too much. They were both so accomodating and amazing! We also went with solicitors they recommended who were equally as helpful and informative. The whole team were really helpful and we cannot wait to move into our new home. We thank you so much for all the efforts you have made for us and for giving us our perfect first home together!
