Looking to buy a house for my parents, I called every agent only to not get a call back or just pushed and pushed to see their mortgage consultant, even though we don't need a mortgage to buy. John and Jack provided an excellent service from start to finish. Not pushy like other agents and achieved an excellent turnout to the open days for our house and a very good sale price. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

To say i am impressed is somewhat of an understatement! We were visited by Sally, who was most friendly and professional, she gave us the confidence we needed, to convince us that using a somewhat unfamiliar agency would be a good choice for us. She was not wrong, the valuation was spot on, the photographs and the the hours she spent making sure that everything looked just right were invaluable. Our home was launched just the way she said it would be, on Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market, the board was erected and a couple of days after the viewings came - even better for us, is that we went out with the dogs and she took care of the viewings. Our home is now sold to a lovely family and i can honestly say that the communication, advice and service has been spot on. I have had no false promises, everything i was told actually happened - so refreshing to experience. I would shout from the rooftops for this company and they didn't charge a fortune either ! :)

My house move was the first in 30 years, during which time much has changed, not least the advances in technology. John helped me through every stage with patience, good humour and great advice backed up by a wealth of knowledge. This took much of the stress out of the process for which I am very grateful. The moment John came round we felt that we were in safe hands. He explained the process of the sale with regard to viewing, costs and the legal side of the transaction. Jack was the agent who showed the prospective buyer's around. The viewings went very smoothly with us taking the dog out while Jack conducted them. When the house was sold, we were told we needed certain safety certificates. John pointed us in the right direction and advised us as to what we needed to do. We definitely would recommend EweMove in Strood. They were always quick to get back to us . No question was too big or too small. The photography and description was excellent.
