Absolutely outstanding

I rent out a flat in Coventry. When the last tenant left, I found the bathroom window needed to be replaced. I spoke to Erin Cooling at the Stratford office and she was amazing. She arranged for local repairers to visit the flat but their estimated price was extortionate so Erin phoned around for a better quote and we both agreed on another firm doing the work which worked out great. When there was a computer glitch at SDL, Erin kept me informed every step of the way. I’m just sorry she is leaving SDL. She will be a hard act to follow.
