A Fantastic Agent; I would most certainly recommend them. Great customer focus with great communication.
Overall a pleasing experience. The team worked hard and provided constant communication. It felt that if our agent was not available, the office were aware of situations and were able to provide updates. Selling and purchasing two properties

Sale of house
Customer service was excellent. Always positive & seemed genuinely happy to help. Support was there from start right to the end. I don't have a negative word to say, would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Nick at the Stourbridge office. Our completion was less than smooth due to issue's with solicitors but Nick determined to make it happen and it did.
