I would like to thank Nick & his team for holding my hand through the purchase of my new home. The entire team were always on hand to help with any queries I had. Fantastic service!!
The staff at Andrew Grant were not only very professional but friendly, hard working and went out of their way to help us sell our house. Nick even came round to see us on his day off in order to get the house on the market as quick as possible. We are very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend!

I'd like to thank the staff at Andrew Grant for all they did to help us sell our beautiful home, and, even more importantly, for keeping us up-to-date on a regular basis during the arduous weeks that followed! From the initial visit by Vicky Chatwin, to the relationship built up with Nick (Lawton) I could not fault the care and attention they gave to us. Nick went beyond helpful, and was always eager to make enquiries on our behalf, always returning calls and helping smooth worried brows! I would recommend the team - including Rebecca - wholeheartedly, and wish them all well for the future.

Excellent Service
We both sold our house and purchased our new property through Andrew Grant Agents, based in Stourbridge. The Team led by Manager Anneke Babber was professional and efficient throughout. During the course our contact was Nick Lawton who kept us constantly updated and answered all questions and concerns we had, I would definitely recommend, as Nick made the process seem easy and even pleasurable at times, taking at least some of the stress away. Vicky Chatwin at Andrew Grant - Stourbridge Branch went out of her way to ensure the smooth running of our recent house move. Initially she gave us good advise when marketing our house and we could not fault the viewing service offered, She always returned our calls so did all the staff in the office. They ensured we were kept up to date with the day to day happenings regarding the sale of our house right up until moving day. . We would DEFINITELY recommend Vicky Chatwin at Andrew Grant.
