Excellent Service Every Step of the Way
We instructed Andrew Grant to sell our property after receiving positive feedback from others about their high levels of service delivery and professionalism. From the outset we were not disappointed. Anneke Babber (Stourbridge branch) is confident, friendly and highly efficient as are her colleagues at the Stourbridge branch Anneke explained the marketing process in detail and reassured us immediately that Andrew Grant were the right agents to market and sell our property. The online portal makes monitoring of progress very easy. Viewings were always scheduled in at a time to suit us and adequate notice given on every occasion. Anneke also provided a number of ideas and initiatives to expedite the process. House sales and moves are potentially very stressful but we can honestly say Andrew Grant made the whole experience far less complicated and painful. Thank you!

Outstanding service.
We have used the services of Andrew Grant Stourbridge office to sell, buy and rent out property. We have had nothing but first class service from the team working there in all areas and cannot praise them highly enough. We would not dream of using any other agent and hope to be dealing with them again in the future.

Worked hard on our behalf

I felt listened to
Nick was my main point of contact and I would call regularly chasing for updates and never felt that I was ‘putting him out’. He was polite and friendly and always kept me up to date promptly. Thank you, Nick!

Great service with a professional manner
From initial meeting to select a local agent through to completion, we received a professional service with frequent updates keeping us informed as to the status of our sale and the chain below.
