I have honestly had the best experience with Kaybridge. My Estate Agents Jason, Max and Chris are hands down incredible! My experience and the service we received was Brilliant. The greatest aspects were the utter devotion to communication and they always had our best interests at heart. All three were on hand to answer every one of our questions, they are more than effective and more than efficient. Max and Chris have been the boots on the ground, showing people around and sold our property, so helpful and so friendly, we are so grateful to them and we will never forget you! Jason, the Area Sales Manager, completed the initial Valuation and the Post Sale process. Jasons levels of Service are second to none, always on hand, always communicating and pushing the 3rd parties every inch of the way. To call him a superman would be an understatement, the words I would use is "Greatest Of All Time". To ALL the Team at Kaybridge, we thank you so much for everything.

Chris Keri was our contact from Kaybridge residential estate agents in Epsom. We couldn’t have asked for better help. He managed our property sale efficiently and within 1 week form viewings, we had 3 offers, went ahead with his advise and 10 weeks later we completed, despite the fact that there was a chain, he made the process incredibly smooth and was on-top of every detail. He supported us in every way he could. We live abroad which made the arrangements more difficult but Chris and his team made this sale possible. Thank you so much!

We had previously been trying to sell our house with another agency but with no luck and very low offers. Out of the blue, Chris from Kaybridge got in contact with us and found suitable properties to view. Chris was very friendly and went out of his way to help us sell our property and we received an offer within a couple of weeks on our property. During the period between offer being accepted and completion Chris was always there for us and was very proactive in keeping all parties informed with the process through exchange of contracts and completion. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris and the team at Kaybridge Residential.

My property was put on the market for sale in January and was sold in the first week of June. Chris from Kaybridge Estate Agents visited my house and confidently assured me that he would sell my house at the asking price quickly. Initially, I was skeptical about how this would be achieved. However, about four weeks time, I was informed that someone had made an offer on my property. Chris was highly productive and helped navigate a few obstacles during the sale process. True to his word, Chris sold my property as he had promised from the beginning. I was amazed by his expertise and skills. Kaybridge Residential Letting Agency responded promptly at initial contact. After registration their letting agent Nick Marciano booked viewing in my time of availability which was very helpful .
