Nick has literally turned around our rental within 48 hours of us looking at only two properties and then was there to support with setting everything up for us as we've been living overseas for the last 20 years. But the main thing was the open and fast communication and how proactive he was to solve all the minor issues we normally have in processes like that. When living abroad, it is really important to have a local estate agent that can be trusted and to look after our interest. I definitely found it with Nick and Kaybridge.
