Sadly, we had to sell our dad's house as part of probate. We needed someone we could trust, who we could leave everything with. Kevin and his team at Kaybridge took care of everything for us during the process. They negotiated on our behalf and got us the best price with the least stress. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The whole team are friendly and helpful. I mainly dealt with Kevin and Chris. Kevin was absolutely amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Chris was outstanding,again kept me informed and literally bent over backwards to accommodate all of our needs. He was charming,caring and professional and made the whole process so much easier. What can I say about Kaybridge? Well, I have only praise for the whole team from start to finish. I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time. Nathaniel was committed and professional and made himself so available to answer any queries that cropped up, which were many! So 5 stars guys, you earned it!

We recently purchased our first home with Kaybridge Residential. We had Nathaniel who was brilliant, professional and attentive! We had Nathaniel from the first viewing all the way through to completion. He ensured he kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made it very easy for us. He was very professional and would respond to any queries we had promptly and made sure we understood the process. He also would chase solicitors/conveyancers to make sure the purchase progressed as quickly as possible. We purchased our first house with them. I would definitely recommend them to every first time buyers. Special mention to Chris who sold us the house at the first visit.
