Third time lucky! We stayed with James Du Pavey for the duration despite the soliciting letters from some of their rivals, as they couldn't have done more to sell our house. They communicate well, their marketing is fantastic and they offer honest advice. We had a dedicated member of staff chasing our sale on the third occasion (Adrian) who was amazing. Thorough and kept us informed of the process. I cannot emphasise enough how having local named contacts keeps the process on track and I would not even entertain using an online estate agent and having to deal with yet another member of staff in a call centre. Well done team JDP.
