This must of been one of the most stressful moves I think anyone involved has ever been through! It took nearly a year to get in our dream family home! JDP are absolutely incredible from day one! We had a long purchase and sale on our house, through no fault of JDP. We can honestly say that the whole process was 100% less stressful due to JPDs regular phonecalls, transparency and caring attitude. They work as a team so it doesn't matter if you phone up and the direct person to your issue isnt there, everyone is on hand. Everyone is polite and super helpful. After doing intensive research and reading many reviews we decided to use James Du Pavey in Stone for the sale of our 4 Bedroom Detached home in Trentham. From the very first phone call to the office we were made an appointment with Jess who came out and gave us all the information we needed and booked to return to take the photos and house details in preparation for the listing.This took place and within two days we were getting viewings from people who had been vetted to establish there position to make an offer.We sol straight away and both Elle and Helen did only what I can describe as outstanding customer communication and both exceeded our expectations with regular updates and followed a very precise process right through to our exchange of contacts and as of last Friday our move.Helen,Elle and Jess offer the customer an excellent customer service experience and make it all less stressful.
