After doing intensive research and reading many reviews we decided to use James Du Pavey in Stone for the sale of our 4 Bedroom Detached home in Trentham. From the very first phone call to the office we were made an appointment with Jess who came out and gave us all the information we needed and booked to return to take the photos and house details in preparation for the listing.This took place and within two days we were getting viewings from people who had been vetted to establish there position to make an offer.We sol straight away and both Elle and Helen did only what I can describe as outstanding customer communication and both exceeded our expectations with regular updates and followed a very precise process right through to our exchange of contacts and as of last Friday our move.Helen,Elle and Jess offer the customer an excellent customer service experience and make it all less stressful. They are a credit to the company and to the branch so much so we will be using them again to sell our second property next year.
