Catrina helped to shape the deal and find a mechanism to make that deal work. There were numerous significant hurdles to overcome and her energy, tenacity, experience, cajoling and straight talking to all parties in the chain were crucial in ensuring the purchase was achieved. All at the Stone Office were invariably helpful, friendly and supportive and this meant a lot to us. We sold our house through James du Pavey in Stone and purchased our new home through the Eccleshall branch. We had excellent service from both branches and they made the process very easy for us. We were kept updated every week and any questions we had were answered straight away. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful but an extra thank you to Rhys in Stone who I spoke to most weeks, and the lady who took the photographs of our house (can't remember her name,sorry). Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money.
