This branch took over my properties when a franchisee finished. From the very begining they were poor. They were organised in such a way, that you were never able to talk to the correct person, very poor customer service for both me as the landlord, and for the tennant also. I do not use them any more, th stoke branch now deals with my properties, and do a wonderful job.
