Great service but kept mentioning my sister Bit odd isnt it mate.
I have been with Belvoir for many years, letting out my property, and have to say that when my last tenant wanted to move out before the end of the contract they gave me a lot of advice on how it should be dealt with. They found me a new tenant very quickly and all that had to be done by Belvoir was done very efficiently and professionally. I was very happy with how the change over went this time.

Having read the review by DGM, I would like to comment on my experience with Belvoir. I do not wish to contribute to a war of words however I am an honest person who wishes to help anyone who may contemplate using Belvoir in the future. I was the tenant that DGM talks about "checking out on their own" and I can confirm this was definitely not the case. The director of Belvoir checked me out in person, was extremely helpful and provided a thorough inspection of the apartment before signing it off as perfect. He was the last person to be present in the property. DGM also mentions that "several thousand pounds worth of damage" was left and this is also untrue. The review says this was "fully provable". However, there was no damage at time of check out and these acusations were found to be inconclusive following the deposit protection schemes decision to correctly return 100% of the deposit back to me. All in all, Belvoir and all its staff were helpful to me throughout my rental term and as far as I'm concerned acted appropriately and professionally.

After having had two Agents where I didn't feel things were in control and always done to my liking I am very pleased with Belvoir so far. They have efficiently dealt with the handover and the Tenants seem pleased. Their advice has been good and always dispensed with a smile.
I have used this agency in the past for house rental as a landlord. I feel that staff are not very helpful as they have to pass everything by their manager, this makes decision making very long winded and not professional in the least.
