I've been on the guaranteed rent scheme a couple of years now and they take all the hassle out of running a property. The property is always occupied and even if its not you are still guaranteed the rent. Any problems with plumbing or heating they have the connections to get it sorted quickly with no fuss. After dealing with a few maintenance issues and minor re- decoration, Northwood found us a tenant very quickly. They assisted us with getting items removed which had been left by the previous tenant and moved the new tenant in before Christmas. An excellent service.
