A nice inspection

I had my 3 month tennant review today with Kye he was great and was very understanding of any issues I have and looked to resolve them promptly

Keep is very friendly and courteous on his inspections, always checking if there is anything I need to report.

Kye regularly conducts our inspections and has been a pleasure to have in our home. He is polite, professional and goes out of his way to help.

We were apprehensive about the quarterly property inspection as we have never rented a property before. However, there was no need as Kai who arrived promptly and dressed very smart put us at immediate ease. He explained that the visits were to ensure that the property were looked after and to check if we had any repairs or other issues that needed addressing. He did note a minor repair which will then be forwarded to his Northwood Letting Agency office. He is a real credit to Lucas, Dominic and the rest of the fantastic team at Northwood Hartshill agency.

We were visited by Kye today for a property inspection on behalf of Northwood Letting agents, this being our first rental experience we were a little apprehensive but aware this is part of the rental process. We were immediately put at ease by Kyes introduction and professionalism, punctuality and we???ll turned out appearance. Kye explained the process and carried out the inspection explaining to us all that he was doing. All in all a very friendly and professional young man.

Excellent service from Mandy and the team. I appreciated the regular prompts as I am often away from my desk - she kept me on track which I appreciated. In addition to my sale with Northwoods, Mandy helped me to secure a lovely rental whilst I look around for a house to purchase. I was surprised how well she appeared to know my tastes and expectations, and as such, screened a number of properties both for sale and to let. I will be back to Mandy for my new search for a home to buy and would not hesitate in recommending her to friends and colleagues.

The property inspection went well, as always. Arrived nice and early in morning, freeing up my day, there???s nothing worse than having to wait in all day on appointments. As usual Kye, was really helpful and his support was tremendous, he made the whole visit feel effortless. The inspection was brief and quick. I would definitely recommend Northwood to friends and family.

We have dealt with Kye since originally enquiring about our rental property and from the initial viewing to our last couple of inspections he has always been extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Any queries or issues have been sorted quickly by Kye. He???s a real asset to Northwood!!
