We were apprehensive about the quarterly property inspection as we have never rented a property before. However, there was no need as Kai who arrived promptly and dressed very smart put us at immediate ease. He explained that the visits were to ensure that the property were looked after and to check if we had any repairs or other issues that needed addressing. He did note a minor repair which will then be forwarded to his Northwood Letting Agency office. He is a real credit to Lucas, Dominic and the rest of the fantastic team at Northwood Hartshill agency.
