I met Mandy at my property to get a valuation with intention to get on the market. From her experiences she suggested what pricing should be used to market the property. From there an expectation of what level of interest would be generated and how Northwood would manage the the marketing etc. I was very reassured by Mandy's approach and made the decision to use Northwoods services. Mandy's predictions on how the sales process would unfold were absolutely spot on, and with accurate timelines. Communication from the Northwood team has been timely, clear and very transparent. They ensured everything that needed to be done, was done before we were handed the keys over which meant we were stepping into our new home which was cleaned and very well maintained. We owe her a big thank you for being so fantastic during the moving in process, you were always available for any questions we had and even met us at the property so we can do some measurements which really helped us prepare for moving in! Sue truly is brilliant asset to Northwood - she was a breeze to talk with, made sure that we knew everything we needed to know and ever so lovely with our boys!
