I tentant a house through Northwood office before 2,5 years, the team all amazing their dealing with anything I needed was excellant and on time. I don't know the team's names unfurtonatelly but lisa was amazing and very helpful.

Had our quarterly house inspection today. Kai always comes to the house with a great attitude and a smile. No complaints at all with this guy. Always makes us feel at ease as a house inspection can be very stressful. Top guy:)

Kye is the most professional individual I have ever spoken to in this company, very friendly, bubbly and never fails to make me laugh throughout the inspections, doesn't make them intimidating at all and always asks me if I have got any issues. Excellent experience with Northwood from start to finish. Lisa who had contact with guided me through the process and showed me round property. Lisa was also patient and kind whilst I was getting my references aswell as different times of communication because I work night shifts. Overall Lisa is fab and Northwood great service all round

Had my flat inspection again today. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it it to have Kye in my home. I have been a private tenant for many years and used to dread to the inspection because the people who used to attended were so drab and miserable. With Kye it is totally different it???s like having a friend in your home.
