Friendly, great communication and smooth process of renting!

From the first communication with Northwood it was always friendly, informative and very accommodating. We were kept informed from start to finish of the renting process and there was no hidden information or fees and it was very clear from the start. They ensured everything that needed to be done, was done before we were handed the keys over which meant we were stepping into our new home which was cleaned and very well maintained. We want to give a special mention to Sue at the Stoke office who was our contact. We owe her a big thank you for being so fantastic during the moving in process, you were always available for any questions we had and even met us at the property so we can do some measurements which really helped us prepare for moving in! Sue truly is brilliant asset to Northwood - she was a breeze to talk with, made sure that we knew everything we needed to know and ever so lovely with our boys! Thanks to the smooth, easy process we are now settled in our new home!
