Recently used the Stoke branch to sell my house, sold within days, nice friendly staff and extremely helpful, kept me up to date with what was happening with the sale, couldn't ask for more. Also used them many times for finding tenants for rental properties and I can't fault them. Would highly recommend them

Fantastic service, I had three different valuations from theee different agencies for my grandparents bungalow, due to ill health they needed to move asap and were not able to deal with the sale themselves. Martin and co gave the highest valuation with difference of £50,000 between the lowest and theirs. I was apprehensive but the valuer reassured me with his experience, his research and knowledge of the area. The bungalow sold after the first viewing when the advert had been live for matter of days for the asking price! The service was smooth, fast and efficient! Thank you
