Their assistance is highly effective with prompt responses and professional service. However, a notable drawback is their continued reliance on manual verification processes, necessitating in-person visits, unlike other agencies that offer online verification options. Despite this inconvenience, I would still give them a 5-star rating, as I personally found the in-person verification process quick and manageable, taking only 5 minutes of my time. Their prompt and professional service deserves recognition.
