I'm simply overwhelmed, I had a viewing and fter that I completed my form same day , got my reference checked same day and I have a got the house. This agency is the best so far. I would recommend them.any day anytime

Chris has been fantastic. The sale of my property was an absolute nightmare for a number of reasons, none to do with the Estate Agents I might add. In total the sale took 18 months and the buyer was considering pulling out a number of times. Chris managed the whole situation with calmness, professionalism, tenacity and a great deal of patience. Chris has been on top of the situation over the whole time the sale took and was able to offer sound advice when it was needed. It is highly unlikely the sale would have actually gone through had it not been for Chris's time and effort. I cannot speak for everyone at Nicholas Humphreys Estate Agents, but if they are half as good as Chris, I would recommend the estate agents to everyone.

Chris has been fantastic. He came to me with a plan to maximise the viewings and high-value offers for a property I was selling. He walked me through it clearly and answered all my noddy questions. And his plan delivered! Very chuffed with Nicholas Humphreys. I would totally recommend them if you are looking for experienced and competent estate agents who are willing to go the extra mile.

Called me to arrange a viewing for a property but after a short conversation they found me 2 better options and arranged a viewing for both for the next day. The viewings went great, answered all questions I had and anything else was sent to me in an email shortly after the viewings ended. Even offered to drive me between properties to save time as I had no way to travel between the two besides walking. Thank you Andrew and anyone else i had talked to
