First Time Renter (Student) Nick and his team have been first-class from the beginning to the end and are still providing that service. In the beginning I viewed two houses, which Rachel kindly fitted into her schedule and on the same day. On top of this the viewings were also provided within days of me asking for them. The team were great with answering questions. Rachel was superb as I had a tonne of questions and I was provided with a number which I could send any questions I had after the viewing to on WhatsApp - and still use if I have any questions. Really superb, I suspect not many other Estate Agents provide that service! I had a little issue on moving-in day. My key did not fit the front door! But Nick immediately drove over (about a 20 minute drive) to inspect the keys, to which he drove back to the Estate Agents to pick up a new pair and drove back. Commendable. Thank you. The website which I used to complete the process of signing and filling in details etc was very user-friendly which makes a world of a difference - nothing worse than tackling a badly laid out website. All in all, a very friendly experience which eased my first time experience of renting. Thank you guys, TK
