We purchased a property through Ashtons, Stockton Heath in December 2025. Having dealt with most of the local estate agents on the search for our new home, I can honestly say Ashtons were head and shoulders above the rest. They always answered the phone, always replied promptly to emails and the whole team are fantastic. They were honest and open, nothing covered up and everything explained. Special thanks to Brad who was amazing in supporting us and communicating so brilliantly throughout the process. Other mentions to Cathy and Mollie-super cheerful and lovely to deal with. After having two disappointing experiences putting our house on the market, Ashtons restored our faith in estate agents. Our house had been for sale for 5 months with practically no viewings. We then put it up with Ashtons, and they went above and beyond securing numerous viewings and several offers. Within 8 weeks of the house going on the market with them we moved into our new home. Ashtons Stockton Heath were a great support throughout our house sale and purchase journey. They were very communicative and happy to help and explain anything necessary as this was our first experience selling our home. Molly in particular was very helpful, and the relationships she built with ourselves and other sellers meant we were able to get the best outcome and our dream home.

Having dealt with a good number of estate agencies before, it was a joy to interact with the Stockton Heath office of Ashtons. All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful and Cathy the manager, went above and beyond in her role. She is attentive, professional and clearly is really good in what she does. The communication from the team was impressively prompt, I never felt unable to reach out to them or get answers to my questions, no matter whom I spoke to. After they managed to list and sell our previous property in only 10 days, they put in so much effort continually chasing up and down our 7 strong chain, being our only means of communication throughout the process, sometimes even doing the work of our solicitors! Excellent. Sale for full asking price first day. There were difficulties along the way throughout the chain. But Brad was across our sale and purchase and every other part of the chain and with his dogged determination he was solely responsible for a successful conclusion, an asset to the team. Communication was faultless and we were kept informed every step of the way. Cathy you have an excellent team, everybody we dealt with was informative and reassuring. Thank you.

Brad was excellent, he kept on top of the sale all the way through. He kept in contact with us regularly and was always quick to get back with answers to questions we had. Without his determination we wouldn't have completed when we wanted, he kept both sides moving forward in the face of some terrible, and slow, legal work. I would definitely recommend Ashtons, especially Brad. I would use them again. 👍
