The purchase of the property was far from straightforward, through no fault of Ashtons, but Luca in particular, and his colleagues were on the ball every step of the way. It's always a good sign when someone says they'll call you back and they do! Luca displayed an excellent grasp of the legalities required when purchasing a property and went well above and beyond his primary responsibilities. He handled all of our queries with courtesy, urgency and with a genuine "human touch" attached to our dealings.
