We’ve just used Ashton’s in Stockton Heath to sell our house, and they were great. Nick was so enthusiastic from the very first visit and then went on to market the house brilliantly. The photos, copy and 3-d tour were top notch. We had a steady stream of viewings, all handled professionally and at times to suit the potential buyers. The buying process was a bit long and painful due to issues further down the chain but nick was always onto it, chasing solicitors regularly, and all credit to him that it completed when it did. We are really grateful to him for being so pro-active, positive and professional throughout, and for being an overall good egg. We would definitely recommend.

This was a complicated purchase with a number of challenges but Adam was great, staying involved in the process from initial enquiry right through to completion, unlike many estate agents. I would really recommend Ashtons. Adam's went above and beyond to ensure a tricky chain stayed on track to secure a sale on our property at the right price. After writing the previous review we received a phone call from the manager who could not have been more professional. He apologised and explained there were mitigating circumstances, which at least provided with us with an explanation as to why we had received such bad service. It's a shame we never had the opportunity to deal with him in the first place.

Having sold many properties over the last 30 plus years I have to say that Nick from Ashtons and his team are one of the best I have dealt with and i am not surprised they have won so many awards. This sale was my mother in Laws bungalow, we do not leave in the area, but Nick and his team kept us informed of every viewing/feedback and offers. They represented our needs professionally and negotiated well on our behalf culminating in a quick and seamless completion that was agreeable to all parties. Nick also enjoyed the challenge we agreed upon of a bonus if he sold the bungalow in 12 weeks. Needless to say, he rose to the challenge and completed it ahead of this so was also rewarded with my famous lemon drizzle cake for him and the team to devour which I understand Nick hasn't stopped talking about since eating it.
