This is the second time I have used Warren's, this time to sell my Mum's home. The Team at Warren's are truly unique in the Estate agency world. First of all they are humans who listen to your story and apply there knowledge and skills according to your needs. Secondly they are good communicators with all parties and exceeded all expectations when negotiating with other buyers and sellers down the chain. Thirdly they were professional, full of honesty and respect, they know their stuff and they don't patronise. Communication was always flowing and they were never far away in providing updates and feedback. Fourth - they sold the house, they did what they said they would do. My advice, Don't waste your time with the big chains, go to Warren's and get the conversation started, talk to the team who know the market and respond to it effectively. Even more so, they are really nice, good people to have around in what could be a really stressful situation. I quite miss them now !!
