Initially I was a little sceptical as they are a small business with only 3 people in the business, Warren Stuart and Wendy but the service I got was excellent . From the beginning of the sale ,to booking viewers , a month later to getting a buyer for the property and finally exchanging contracts Warren and his team kept me informed on a regular basis of updates . I chose not to go with a bigger agency as I think you struggle to get this attention, whereas a smaller firm it’s in their interests to . I would recommend highly.
