Stoneridge recently sold my property. I was kept informed at every step by Sally who worked tirelessly to keep things on track and to keep me updated. The team are amazing! They work well together, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Stoneridge were the estate agents of the property I purchased. First of all they responded promptly to my request via Rightmove to view the place. In all honesty the agent I dealt with,Sally, was more helpful than my conveyancers. They would send me emails full of legal jargon which I sent on to Sally who explained it all to me in a polite and non condescending manner. Sometimes she would even respond to my emails at 8 o’clock at night. The cynical would say they just want the money…well of course they do. But who cares as long as they earn it. The seller should be thanking them because without Sallys patience I may have pulled out after hitting so many obstacles. Anyway I highly recommend them. Friendly and efficient service and always available on the phone.

Excellent service from Sally and Steve at Stoneridge Estates in Clacton on sea on successfully negotiating the sale of our late parents bungalow in these dark, difficult, political times that we are all going through at the moment, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel!
