Excellent service from Stonebridge Clacton - a difficult sale but perseverance paid off especially from Sally

Stonebridge were very professional in dealing with the sale of our home, Sally was very helpful and kept us updated regularly with how things were going throughout the sale , we would highly recommend them , from going up for sale and completing was just over 6 months was very happy by their service

We saw a property we wished to purchase on the Stoneridge web site. After a couple of viewings we decided to buy. We had a comparatively short chain, but due to problems at our buyers end, information was lacking. All the staff at Stoneridge were excellent, but one in particular stood out: Sally. She chased estate agents and solicitors on both sides to keep us informed as to the progress of the sale thus relieving us of a great deal of stress. We would recommend them to anyone, indeed if we decide to sell we will go back to Stoneridge.

Stoneridge helped us sell our inlaws property and were absolutely fantastic. Specific mention to Sally. without her amazing and positive attitude we absolutely would have had major delays further down the chain and possible collapse. Sally single handedly supported the entire chain, our buyer and us every single day. She works part time and was ALWAYS contactable and proactive. Due to personal circumstances we have had to sell 3 separate homes in a very short space of time all with different agents. I can say from direct experience that stoneridge are different, better by miles. Proof is in those crunch time days trying to reach the finish line for exchange and completion.
