We use Stoneridge Estates as our agent to manage our rental flat for us. The team are always available to advise and help theie service is excellent. The phones are answered quickly and nothing is too much trouble. They have found suitable tenants for us and vetted applications on our behalf. Our tenant has access to their assistance too and we have peace of mind knowing the property is being well managed for us. We live abroad and the support from Stoneridge is very important to us.
