A young ambitious company - made a good first impression but failed to deliver on promises. Despite their view that it can be overlooked, providing an EPC is a legal requirement with a fine for non compliance. The professional approach when mistakes are made, is to apologise and put it right. I was not offered either courtesy. Personally, I would go elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

Disappointing seeing all these reviews are good and I seem to have had a bad experience. I dont find this company professional whatsoever they left me hanging for 4 days after they offered me a viewing, okay I get people are busy but I rang the owner Hayley and she had passed my details to the lady in the office who did not update me when she was meant to supposedly, She did ring me and set up a viewing but unfortunately this same lady who confirmed my appt over WhatsApp did not book my appt in the diary and double booked the viewing did not even tell me so I took time out of my day on my dinner hour from work to go view this property at the time we agreed but it’s just turns out it’s me having to chase them up constantly asking why they hadn’t turned up. And find out what is going on then they lie, and tell me Hayley had an emergency when she quite clearly double booked because the man rocked up at same time as me and I ended up looking at this house when Hayley turned up with random stranger, as conveniently she was on the way to view with the property at a different time with someone else ! I just wanted to get in there and out of there, very awkward. So I just felt fully messed about to be honest. Could of told me beforehand. Anyway not happy with the incompetence. Won’t be dealing with again.
