We have just brought our first home, through stoneridge and what can I say they have made it such an easy process. Where do I start about how amazing and helpful Stoneridge Estate Agents were?! Hayley has overseen a property I have rented as a tenant for the past few years with no problems and I have always experienced good efficient service from her company. From the initial enquiry I have found the service provided to be professional and at the same time friendly and down to earth, I always felt there was a good balance provided for my interests as a tenant and those of the property owner. I had a problem with the boiler a couple of years ago which Hayley did everything in her power to rectify in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. I would recommend HNC to both people looking to rent a property and landlords looking to rent out a property.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hayley on two properties that she fully manages on my behalf and one which she kindly arranged on a let only despite being out of her area, my experience with Hayley is from a landlord perspective and on all three has been consistent ! The properties that are fully managed are not local to me and so I fully rely on Hayleys expertise as an agent to ensure they are in the same condition now as they were when I first started letting them out. She will advise when maintenance is due and ensure any is carried out to the highest standard. The service you receive from Hayley is exceptional and is of the highest quality ! All regular checks are carried out to ensure the property is being looked after by the tenant. She will put the same level of effort into vetting your tenant on a let only as she would fully managed. However I would choose fully managed at all times as it takes all the stress / worry and hassle out of being a landlord knowing that Hayley has everything covered, keeping you up to date on all regulation changes at all times. My tenants love renting from HNC property as they know they can report any concerns or issues 24 hours a day and Hayley will come back to them to resolve. I would definitely recommend to anyone she is over and above any chain based letting agents.

Although not living in our bungalow during Covid selling it from a distance left me with a sense of dread but being referred to James via a friend I needn't have been concerned.....Once Terms were agreed James organised a Virtual Tour & an EPC, a For Sale sign erected and the property was advertised on the open market. Not living in the area James also suggested a local Solicitor to handle the conveyancing who was also excellent......A Purchaser was swiftly secured, Price agreed and contracts exchanged and finally Completion.......All handled in a very Positive & Professional manner.........6 Months from start to finish.......Job done, no complaints which is all you can ask for as a seller!
