I am very pleased to be able to write this highly positive review in support of the services received from Intercounty Stansted office. Throughout the sale process for our property they have been pro-active in communication and assumed ownership of the case, quickly answering any questions and ensuring all parties have been chased at appropriate times in order that a completion can be reached. As a special mention I was most impressed when I called a few weeks ago and spoke with James, who to that point I'd not really spoken to. He didn't know the answer immediately to my query, but said he would chase and get back to me that day. Thinking the worst I was very surprised when James called me back within the hour having done what he said he would do. Carol has also been very positive in making sure weekly updates have been delivered and again in chasing the relevant parties to ensure we could get to a suitable exchange and completion date.

We made an offer on a property which Carol and James helped us with. They were professional and the communication was great. If they didn't know the answer to any of our questions they sourced the information and came back to me quickly. Thank you for your help in finding our new home for the future. James and Peter could not have been more helpful and kind throughout the process. Peter took the time to discuss my options regarding my shared ownership property and was very helpful and patiwnt despite me buying the remaining share delaying listing the house for about 4 months. When I eventually recontacted him to get the house on the market he remembered all the details and was so efficient. I was really impressed with the service. James took over with selling the property and he really is such a helpful, nice man, who reassured me constantly throughout the process and explained every detail to me, keeping me updated after every viewing as I asked.
