Even within this challenging and difficult property selling climate, Intercounty Stansted showed incredible resilience, determination and inventiveness to obtain a string of potential buyers for my property. I was let down and delayed by selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, naive poor decision makers involved with the sale but never by Intercounty. Carol, Peter, James, Karen and their conscientious team were always there for me, ready and willing to discuss new, inventive ways to promote and network the sale of my property and help assist with various ways of overcoming these obstacles. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone that was considering the sale or purchase of a property to use Intercounty Stansted. They're a professional, generous, helpful, polite and courteous company that always have your best interests at heart with their best intentions at achieving the optimum results for their clients.

The team here manage my property and are, without exception, excellent. Every staff member has been efficient, polite and prompt, but special note must go to Leoni White. She has had to deal with the results of a major leak from a property above. She has worked tirelessly, liaising between all the parties involved and the contractors. Knowing things are handled competently and professionally is a weight off my mind. I highly recommend Intercounty's management service.

I am looking to buy a house for my sister, we were shown 8 houses in a well organised tour lasting approx. 3 hours by Heidi Hutchings. Aside from 2 houses which were added to the list late on (and which had already been discounted by my sister and I) the viewed properties all met our brief. We chose two that we would be prepared to offer on but later in the day saw, and decided to offer on, a property on the market with another estate agency. This offer was accepted. The choice on offer with Intercounty was and Heidi was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide.

I would like to give 5 stars for the excellent service from James, Peter, Carole and Heidi. Whenever I call up nothing is too much trouble, I am always greeted by a friendly helpful voice at the end of the phone. They are constantly keeping us up to date and pushing the prices forward. My move has been quite stressful at times but the team have been fabulous and steered us through the difficult parts and been very upbeat. They were extremely knowledgable regarding the conveyancing and understanding of grade listed properties. They have in no doubt really pushed the process of the sale of my property. Janes and the others quite often rang the solicitors to deal with issues and were extremely proactive in getting stuff done and finding solutions to problems that arose..
