Throughout the sale process for our property they have been pro-active in communication and assumed ownership of the case, quickly answering any questions and ensuring all parties have been chased at appropriate times in order that a completion can be reached. As a special mention I was most impressed when I called a few weeks ago and spoke with James, who to that point I'd not really spoken to. He didn't know the answer immediately to my query, but said he would chase and get back to me that day.
