Carol, Peter, James, Lisa and Doug (from the Stortford branch) were all amazing at keeping us up to date and trying to help us get everything over the line. Solicitors on one side of the transaction were difficult to pin down and Peter/Carol had to listen to me be stressed many a time for fear of losing our buyer and also losing our then mortgage offer, which would have seriously impacted our financials given the interest uncertainty.
