Terrible property management team. For over a month there has been water backing up in my friends kitchen, he has been reporting it almost daily with little or no action. He can now not use his washing machine, his dishwasher or the kitchen sink because water backs up in the flat. The kitchen cupboards are now water damaged and he has to do washing up in his bath. He has 2 kids. A very poor service for the tenant and landlord

Tom was rude and difficult to deal with throughout the offer and acceptance process. I do not feel that it was in Intercounty's interest to present our offer in the best light. I'll be avoiding them as a buyer and seller in the future.

Absolutely terrible rental experience. Zero awareness of basic tenancy law and their tenants’ wellbeing. Really wouldn’t recommend either letting Intercountry manage your property or renting a property managed by Intercounty. My sister has had fault after fault with ridiculous lead times waiting on the landlord to approve costs. No pressure from Intercounty to move the process along. No hot water, and some repairs taking over two months to address.
