I have used Frosts sales and letting departments for a number of years since purchasing two properties in Staines through them. Being relatively new to letting, only one property beforehand let through another agent, I was grateful for their guidance and personal practical involvement. Over that time one constant has been Laura Woodward who proved that she could resolve or provide professional guidance for any problem, no matter how large or small. She left the Staines office to work in another Frost centre for a short period leaving an alternative but well trained contactfor me. However I was delighted when she returned to the Staines office and I believe it is under her supervision that the letting process works so well at the "front end"

My husband and I recently worked with The Frost Partnership to secure accommodation in London, and we are pleased with the experience. As we were relocating from a distance, we weren’t able to view the property in person. The team, however, accommodated us with a detailed and professional online viewing. Special thanks to Laura, the manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The team at The Frost Partnership are highly welcoming each time i went there they are always ready to help. We were well informed and our questions were answered very well.
